Guest accessOur building has a swimming pool, gym, steam room, sauna, and BBQ area. All found on the first floor. Please note this apartment does not include a parking space. 

The access card is needed to enter all the facilities. Paid parking available in the cluster of buildings (ground floor) on first come, first serve basis.

Since this apartment is licensed on Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET), all guests are required to send us their passport copy prior to Check-In.
